v Supplemental material:
1、Crankcase components
The side of the crankshaft has a side cover and an oil sight window for dis-assembly and inspection. The front section has a bearing seat and a front bearing cap at the power coupling end, and the fan bracket on the upper part of the rear bearing cap supports the fan component, and the upper part is cast with a cylinder support plane. The top is equipped with a respirator, and a special compressor oil is contained in the bottom of the crankcase.
2、Crankshaft, connecting rod and components
The crankshaft of the crankshaft is equipped with a connecting rod, the rolling bearing at both ends of the crankshaft, the large end of the crankshaft is connected with the elastic coupling, and the small end is equipped with a pulley near the bearing to drive the cooling fan to rotate. The lubrication of the crankshaft is the rod of the connecting rod. Splash to parts such as the crankshaft and piston pin for lubrication.
3、Cylinder components
The cylinders are arranged in a W shape with a total of six cylinders, two primary cylinders, two cylinders of two, three, four and five cylinders. One, two and three cylinders are made of castings, and four or five cylinders are made of steel. There are heat sinks on the outside of the components to increase the heat dissipation area. The cylinder heads are equipped with inlet and exhaust valve components, inlet and exhaust pressure cylinders, and inlet and outlet gland piston components.
4、Piston components
Five-stage compression, six pistons, the piston material is aluminum alloy and steel, and the piston is equipped with a piston ring.
5、Suction and exhaust valve components
The first-stage suction and exhaust valves are steel annular valves, and the second, third, fourth and fifth-stage inlet and exhaust valves are combined valves.
6、 Cooler and fan components
Two parts of the after-cooler and the cooling fan. It is mounted on the common base by the standing foot, the upper part of the cooler is equipped with a safety valve, the lower part is equipped with a drain valve, and the guide box and the protective cover are arranged toward the crankcase end, and an air-cooling cooling fan is arranged in the middle, and the fan bracket is used to drive the fan. The components are mounted on the crankcase and the fan pulley is rotated by the crankshaft pulley at the end of the crankcase.

v The instrument panel is equipped with a five-stage pressure gauge and a compressor oil temperature gauge.
v The compressor has a self-unloading function to the pressure.
v The compressor has an over-pressure automatic shutdown function.
v The exhaust pressure can be adjusted within the rated pressure according to the user's needs.
